- Public Record Data: We aggregate publicly available data regarding your property and surrounding properties (e.g., square footage, year built, tax assessment history) from County Appraisal Districts and third-party real estate APIs.
4. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data in the following circumstances:
- To Perform the Service: To analyze your property tax assessment, identify comparable properties, and generate the Evidence Packet PDF.
- To Process Payments: To facilitate your purchase of the Evidence Packet or Subscription.
- To Communicate: To email you the PDF packet, receipt of purchase, or alerts regarding your property's assessment status (if you opted into monitoring). We do not send marketing emails unrelated to your use of the service.
- For Legal Compliance: To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
